How we started...

Jambos.Online is the online platform developed and registered under SHREECOM Ltd in Rwanda. SHREECOM Ltd, as a company, was established in Rwanda in the year 2011.

Today, it is one of the most respected organizations in Rwanda, especially in the field of end-user communication equipment. SHREECOM is a licensed, authorized distributor or retail partner for a wide variety of brands like Apple, Samsung, HMD , Nokia, Tecno, Infinix, Itel, Digit, Energizer, etc., and works through a wide range of sales channels in Rwanda.

These sales channels include network operators like MTN, Airtel, etc., as well as the wholesale, retail, and B2B channels that include most prestigious government departments, banks, NGOs, local SACCOs, etc.

It started with a passion for mobile phones and developing a unique business model designed and developed by our founding members (which went on to become a unique and successful model for network operators) of supporting network operators with the Shop-in-Shop concept for selling and supporting genuine mobile phones with warranty. This resulted in creating an honest business with expanding sales and business lines and creating a most trusted and reliable partner to many customers within Rwanda.

We can proudly say we import or buy products via 100% Official Channels, with complete tax paid, and even our sales are 100% with Official Receipts as per Rwanda Government policy. Today, we have the unmatched and reliable Warranty Service Support within Rwanda, with the most experienced and reliable team.

Pricing Policy

SHREECOM believes in delivering value through transparent, competitive pricing.

To keep our product prices as low as possible, Mobile Money payment transaction fees apply only to payments made through our website. This fee covers the cost of processing Mobile Money transactions and is displayed separately during checkout for full transparency.

For purchases made in our physical shop, customers can pay by cash or card, and no Mobile Money transaction fee is charged.

Since 2018, we have encouraged the use of Mobile Money in line with Rwanda’s aspiration to become a cashless and digital economy.
